We stopped by this tavern because we got hungry on our way back from the beach, and we liked how it looked — and we weren’t wrong! It’s super cute, tucked under a big oak tree and grapevines. The staff was very friendly. We immediately ordered half a liter of local wine, which was absolutely delicious. To start, we had a Greek salad, a spicy cheese dip, and the best bread we’ve had on the island so far! Everything was mmmm… and then the mains arrived — perfection! Chicken drumsticks with potatoes in lemon sauce, and lamb with orzo in tomato sauce. We were literally making happy food noises out loud — we were blown away!
Prices are great too — the whole meal was €48 (tip included).

Sesoula restaurant has an authentic vibe, a lovely terrace, and outstanding food. If you’re coming from one of the nearby beaches, look no further! At first glance, the menu may seem similar to others, but the flavors are truly worth experiencing. Be sure to pair your meal with some local red wine and finish with a glass of ouzo. Yamas! 😊

We ate there on our way to Egremni Beach as it caught our eye while we passed by and we made the best choice stopping to eat there. The food was excelent, very tasty and we left the table with our belly full and satisfied. Really recommend this place!

The peaceful atmosphere and dining under the open sky, away from the busy tourist towns, made it even better. A truly local gem — you’ll be glad you stopped here!

Can only agree with the 5* reviews. Worth the journey to Dragano. Such a beautiful rural taverna. Amazing pasticcio & vegetables. Perhaps my favourite Greek meal.

I’ve had the most amazing meatballs I’ve eaten in my entire life and, trust me, I know meatballs as they’re my favourite dish. The tzatziki, garlic bread and house wine were also delicious. We had lamb and pastizzio, the lamb was amazing and the atmosphere was really really nice…we were passing by and i liked we so much that we stopped to eat. I really recommend it!

Very nice family place and garden. I travel alone (remote work en holiday) and came from Porto Katsiki on the way back home. Dinner is fresh, lovely made! Enjoyed it and i will be back!

We were riding our scooter and stumbled upon this charming tavern. It was the perfect stop—we were hungry and thirsty, and they completely satisfied both. I ordered the kleftiko, and it was one of the best I have ever had. The prices were great, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

Our experience at Sesoula Taverna was excellent! It felt like a true authentic experience! This restaurant is in Dragano village and has a beautiful setting! The rotor is delicious and the service was excellent! This restaurant experience made our trip to Lefkada extra special!
